PRAYER

Your most mysterious signs
come as revelations to me;

Your presence, I feel it everywhere,
in each of the trivial things;

I’m sensing Your breath all around me
in transparent layers of air;

I live by belonging
to You – through the
urges of my inspiration.

You
give me every my breath
and
You give me my exhalations,

Each gesture and action,
and
each word I’m in need of.

You guide me along,
and You,
at Your will, deprive me of motion;

You save me from sorrow,
and You
immerse me deep into suffering.

You raise the great joy in my heart,
and having
saved me from painful temptations,

You lighten me up with Your love,
and
spread Your wings high above me.

I am unworthy of You
but
I shall offer my prayers eternal:
                                              Prey, strengthen my trust.
