The historical subject is initially faithful to contents and spirit of the global concept of the art project "The Portrait of Russian Fine Word". Since 2014 the works of modern artists of Russia connected with history of our Fatherland participated at our exhibitions more than once. We devote the third exhibition of the project in a season of 2016 to Nikolay Mikhaylovich Karamzin's 250-anniversary, the outstanding Russian historian and writer. At the exhibition "History of the Russian State in Persons" in Marina Tsvetaeva's Memorial museum the viewer will be able to get acquainted with the newest works of our participants in this subject as well as with widely known series and cycles of the works of the modern art created by participants of the exhibition within several last decades.
The followingart artworks will be presented at the exhibition: water colors of the Honored artist of Russia Valery Ryabovol from the cycles "Solovki" and "Distemper in Russia", monumental sculptures of the Honored artist of Russia Ivan Korzhev "Evpaty Kolovrat" and "Yemelyan Pugachev", the picturesque cloths of artists Sergey Afonsky and Victoria Afonskaya devoted to Sergey of Radonezh and the last Sovereign-emperor of Russia, images of Orthodox Saints, icon-painting images and images cut on a tree, performed by the Honored artist of Russia Nikolay Chibisov and Lyudmila Chibisova.

Igor Khamraev «Nikolay and Alexandra»
The artist Margarita Siourina will present at the exhibition graphic portraits of the Russian poets and writers, a new picturesque cloth St. Basil's Cathedral according to Andrey Voznesensky's poem "Master"; the artist Pavel Borisov will present portraits of figures of the Russian culture, including Dmitry Likhachev's portrait, the inspirer and founder of the museum of Tsvetaeva in Borisoglebsky Lane; the artist Raisa Arefyeva will present a new work "Tsar Ivan the Terrible", portraits of classics and modern writers of Russia.
Poets of literary association DOOS for the first time will take part in an exposition of the exhibition "History of the Russian State in Persons": graphics of the famous poet and philosopher Konstantin Kedrov-Chelishchev to his poem "Computer of Love", art objects of the artist-jeweler Anwar Almukhametov and the performance artists Margarita Al of "Book-person reading Karamzin's" and the book "Insideout" devoted to the memory of the poet Willie Melnikov will be shown.
For the first time the following artists will participate in the exhibition «The Portrait of Russian Fine Word»: Valery Sopp, Anna Lyashenko, Yury Cherepanov and Margarita Alyonicheva; the artist Alexey Barvenko will present the triptych "Still Lifes with Icons" and work "Tsvetaeva's Office", the artist Elena Krasnoshchekova will show landscapes of the Russian monasteries at the exhibition.
Works of our participants of the previous seasons also will be presented at the exposition "History of the Russian State in Persons": the President of Academy of the Russian literature, the poet Yury Belyaev will show the work devoted to Alexander Blok, the artist Margarita Yurkova will present graphics and painting from «A Bible Cycle».
Joint project of the museum of Tsvetaeva’s Memorial Museum and the Creative Union of Russian Artists for 2017 will be presented on November 16, 2016 at 17:00 at the opening ceremony of the exhibition "History of the Russian State in Persons" in Marina Tsvetaeva's Memorial museum. This is the project of the exhibition and competition "IMAGE of the WORD of MARINA TSVETAEVA" devoted to the 125-anniversary of the remarkable Poet.
Traditionally modern poets of Russia will take part in the opening ceremony of the exhibition «The Portrait of Russian Fine Word», including: poets of literary association DOOS - Konstantin Kedrov, Elena Katsyuba, Margarita Al, Alexander Karpenko, poet Anton Belyaev will read verses from the cycle on the Russian history, poet, composer and singer Olga Panyushkina will present several author's songs on Marina Tsvetaeva's verses.
We will be glad to meet with old and new friends at the opening ceremony of the ninth exhibition of the art project «Portrait of the Russian Fine Word»!
